Delivery

We ship all items within seven working days of receiving your order.  If you need an item more urgently, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate this!

Free postage is included within the UK.  We use Royal Mail tracked and signed for, or Evri, to deliver.  We will email you a tracking number when your order has been dispatched.

For shipping within the EU, we charge from £6-£15.

We do not ship single items beyond the EU.  Our minimum order for this is £100.  Please contact us if you would like to order from outside the UK.

We re-use or use recycled packaging wherever possible.

Refunds and Returns Policy

We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.

If you would like to return an item, please complete the following steps:

• Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
• Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
• Send the item back to us in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition as you received it, and using the label provided.
• Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a week.

This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.
